Eligibility for Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging Used perfumes or opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene policies
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days Shipping charges are non-refundable
